Built to Last – S2: Revenue Models and Metrics

Built to Last – Session 2: Revenue Models and Metrics

Join the Urban League of Louisiana’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation this March for “Built to Last: Uncovering the Financial Potential of Your Small Business”. Sessions will take place on March 6, 13, 20, and 27th, 5:30pm-7:30pm, online via GoToTraining.

This special series is hosted in collaboration with St. John the Baptist Parish’s Office of Economic Development and sponsored by Louisiana Economic Development and Mastercard.

It is imperative that small businesses implement the right revenue model to support their business goals. A revenue model lays out the process by which your business makes money. It is a system design in which a business makes money from the solutions, products and services that it provides – all of which provides value to your customers.

  • How to diversify your revenue streams

During this session, small businesses will learn the importance of implementing the right revenue model, types of revenue models, and how to diversify your revenue streams.

Facilitator: Lori Jackson, Financial Literacy Coach, MSC Financial Services
